fireworks

I don't know what we heard last night, but it sounded like fireworks at the Expo Center.

Waukesha's fireworks on the fourth were stopped a few minutes after they began when wind direction changed and grass fires broke out. If it was reschuduled to Saturday no one told me and I'd bet I'm not the only one.

Waukesha fireworks' rain date was the fifth. Was there a dry date too? Saturday maybe?

One small possibility is they were paid for and wouldn't keep a year in storage. Why not light them up?

Another, more likely, possibility would be they were launched from somewhere else. Some festival or other close by we hadn't heard about.

Maybe they were launched at the Expo but not associated with the Waukesha Fourth fireworks. People frequently rent the Expo for weddings and receptions. If this is the case then they had a great show. What I heard last night was huge.

Where did you go to watch fireworks on the fourth? Have any idea what it was we heard Saturday night?
