For more than 75 years, Easter Seals Southeast WI has been offering help and hope to children and adults living with disabilities, and to the families who love them. Through therapy, training, education and support services, Easter Seals creates life-changing solutions so that people with disabilities can live, learn, work and play.
It is probably apparent from our previous blog posts that Easter Seals is engaged with our local community to effect real change to help our neighbors. Easter Seals has been serving our area for over 80 years creating a world of possibilities for individuals wanting greater independence. Whether it is helping a child gingerly take their first steps to training someone for their first job and their first steps to adulthood, Easter Seals is providing firsts across Southeast Wisconsin.
We need your help to continue to this work. Our 7th Annual Walk with Me is only a few weeks away. On Friday, June 13th hundreds of individuals and families will gather at Polish Fest for Walk with Me. The walk is a short distance about a mile, but the work it supports will have a lasting impact on thousands of families in Southeast Wisconsin. You can register to join us that night or if you can’t make it to the lakefront, you can sponsor one of our Ambassadors, Kavi, Cendra, Kevin or Zachary. Read their stories of hope and inspiration--Easter Seals Walk With Me.
We hope to see you at Polish Fest!
