It Was a Dark and Stormy Night. . .
Who doesn't deliciously shiver when they hear or read those words? It's kind of creepy, yet fun isn't it?
One of my best creepy-fun moments happened when I was about thirteen. My oldest sister and I were alone in the house. It was a dark and stormy night. The lights were off. We were huddled together on the couch, wrapped in a blanket and watching The Mummy on Nightmare Theater. (To ensure our safety, my sister held a ready butcher knife.)
