Waukesha — Carroll University has gotten Plan Commission approval for a zoning change that allows it to build an off-campus Graduate Center at 2140 Davidson Road, the site of the former AT&T call center.
A university spokeswoman said the school wants to relocate its graduate degree programs to the off-campus site, largely to free up on-campus classrooms for undergraduates.
Enrollment of graduates and undergraduates is growing, she said. The zoning change must get final approval from the Common Council.
