Waukesha County residents, businesses can get storm, flood help

Waukesha County residents with flood- or storm-related damage to their homes or businesses are asked to call 211. If the emergency is life threatening, residents should call 911.

When calling 211, callers will be asked to provide their contact name, phone number and address as well as information on the type and extent of damage. The 211 personnel will also provide information on other resources to assist residents with their needs.

Calls to 211 are free and confidential. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week. If a cellular provider does not allow calls to 211, call (877) 947-2211 or (262) 547-3388.
