Waukesha -A 62-year-old Waukesha man was charged Dec. 15 for allegedly sexually assaulting two girls under the age of 10 this year.
Jose F. Deleon was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court with three counts of felony first-degree sexual assault of a child under 13-years-old.
According to the criminal complaint, police learned through a parent of one of the girls that Deleon inappropriately touched a then 9-year-old girl repeatedly between May and August and then sometime in October or November. An 8-year-old girl told police she was inappropriately touched by Deleon about 1-1/2 years ago, the complaint said.
The girls said Deleon would play a game where they would sit on his lap and he would then allegedly touch them, the complaint said.
Deleon is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 22 for a hearing. He was released on a $30,000 cash bond.
