Waukesha - A suspected heroin dealer was charged Nov. 28 in Waukesha County Circuit Court for selling the drug to an undercover Waukesha police officer.
Jacob G. Craver, 24, of Waukesha, was charged with one count of possession of narcotic drugs and two counts of manufacture/delivery of heroin, all felonies.
According to the criminal complaint: a confidential informant working with Waukesha police made arrangements to purchase heroin on Nov. 17 and Nov. 22. On Nov. 17, Craver sold the informant $210 worth of heroin and on Nov. 22 sold the informant $800 worth of the drug. On Nov. 22 Craver was accompanied by Jay A. Andrzejewski, 21, of Milwaukee, and both men were taken into custody after the alleged drug buy. When Craver was arrested authorities found cocaine and heroin hidden in his rectum area. Andrzejewski told police he had a heroin problem and uses one to 1-1/2 grams a day and it costs him $150 a day. Andrzejewski said he sold heroin to support his habit. Each man told police the heroin sold on Nov. 22 belonged to the other.
