Waukesha man gets prison for drug OD

Dec. 20, 2011 | 0 comments

Waukesha - A Waukesha man was sent to prison for five years for supplying drugs to a Greendale woman who died of an overdose more than two years ago.

Adam J. Clark, 32, will also serve five years of extended supervision once he is released from prison under a sentenced ordered by Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge James R. Kieffer Dec. 15.

Clark entered guilty pleas in October to charges of manufacture/deliver narcotics and maintaining a drug trafficking place. Under a plea agreement with prosecutors another charge of manufacture/deliver narcotics, as well as charges of possession of narcotic drugs, a controlled substance, marijuana and paraphernalia were dismissed.

Clark was initially charged with first-degree reckless homicide Feb. 1 along with Megan L. Mikush, 26 of W298 N2808 Shady Lane, Town of Delafield, for the death of Mallory Feldmann on Aug. 14, 2009. Mikush will be sentenced Feb. 15.

According to the criminal complaint, Clark, Mikush and Feldman on Aug. 14, 2010, allegedly consumed prescription pills and smoked marijuana, resulting in Feldman overdosing. Prosecutors say the pills were allegedly supplied by Mikush and Clark.
