WWHS band rocks at competition

Kyle Stevens photo Wauwatosa East High School was the stage of a battle of the bands competition called Launchpad, in which 16 bands from area high school competed. After more than six hours of music, three bands walked away with top honors in the regional competition and advance to the state contest in Madison.

now open every Saturday

Waukesha Farmers Market It's a true sign that spring has arrived and summer isn't too far behind: The Waukesha Farmers Market is open from 7 a.m. to noon Saturdays and, beginning July 15, from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. every Tuesday along the south side of the Fox River on Riverfront Plaza.
