Why can't Sussex have a Sal's Pizza?

That is the question Sal's Pizza owner Sal Aguilera got asked a lot. He decided to answer this question with action.

On April 9, Aguilera opened Sal's Pizza in Sussex at N64W24370 Main St. It is where Marcelino's Pizzeria & Grill used to be, across from the Sussex Public Safety Building.

Sal's Pizza has been open in Waukesha, at 823 W. Moreland Blvd., for 14 years.

What kind of food is served at Sal's Pizza?

Sal's Pizza in Sussex serves more than just pizza, said Aguilera. He said the menus for both locations are similar.

The menu includes Mexican food such as chimichangas, burritos, nachos, tacos and enchiladas, as well as sandwiches, Italian food, gyros and cheeseburgers.

What are the hours for Sal's Pizza in Sussex?

Sal's Pizza in Sussex is open 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday; 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 3 to 9 p.m. on Sunday.

The restaurant is closed on Mondays.
