Drake University

Lindsay Hillmer of Waukesha was named to the fall 2016 dean's list at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

University of Dallas

Maura Bielinski of Waukesha, a student at University of Dallas in Irving, Texas, was awarded a scholarship during the fall 2016 semester to study abroad as part of the university's Rome program. Bielinski was awarded the Charles T. Uhl Rome Scholarship.

Washington University

Patrick Koenig of Waukesha was named to the fall 2016 dean's list at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Concordia University

Bethany Mrosko of Waukesha was named to the fall 2016 dean's list at Concordia University, St. Paul in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Carroll University

The following Waukesha students at Carroll University were initiated into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest collegiate honor society: Cynthia Bell Jimenez, Brett Ferstl, Lindsey Kreske, Rebecca Lucarelli, Linda Ortiz.

Scholarship

Sarah Albers of Waukesha was named a 2017 Shining Stars Scholarship winner by Wisconsin Philharmonic. Albers, grade seven at Butler Middle School, was awarded the Wisconsin Philharmonic Scholarship ($250).

Minnesota State

Rochelle L. Yanasak of Waukesha will graduate cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
from Minnesota State University, Mankato in May 2017.

UW-Whitewater

Rosemeena Zaman of Waukesha was initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
