Limoncello gives this cocktail a tart profile. Its color will range from pale yellow to rosy pink, depending on how you make your rose syrup. The recipe is adapted from "Cocktails by Flavor" (2013).

Makes 1 drink
- 1 2/3 ounces light rum
- 2/3 ounce limoncello
- 2/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce rose syrup (see recipe)
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- Lemon spiral for garnish
Combine rum, limoncello, lemon juice and rose syrup in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Top with Champagne and add garnish.
