Rose Champagne Cocktail

This is barely a recipe, but it's a nice touch for a gathering with friends. Rose syrup adds a sweet, floral taste (and a pink hue, depending on the color of your rose syrup) to dry bubbly.

Makes 1 drink
- ¼ ounce rose syrup (see recipe)
- Brut Champagne or dry sparkling wine
Add rose syrup to champagne flute, then fill with Champagne.
