1 Police arrested a man for bail jumping after he showed up drunk to an intoxicated driver program around 2:18 p.m. Nov. 3 in the 400 block of West Moreland Boulevard. According to a police report, the man drove to the class after drinking in violation of his bail conditions. He agreed to abide by those conditions two days before the incident, court records show. The report said he had a 0.78 blood alcohol content.
2 Officers gave a homeless man a ride to a local shelter after they found him drunk and passed out on the sidewalk around 7:04 p.m. Nov. 3 near Madison Street and West St. Paul Avenue. A police report said the man told officers he was "resting on the sidewalk."
3 Police arrested a 14-year-old boy after he reportedly struck his mother in the head at an apartment in the 1500 block of David Court around 12:28 a.m. Nov. 4. According to a police report, the boy has a criminal record. The woman did not need to be taken to the hospital.
4 An unidentified driver reportedly struck a teenager near Madison Street and South Moreland Boulevard around 6:52 a.m. Nov. 4. A police report said the teenager, a 14-year-old boy, did not suffer any apparent injuries in the accident.
5 Police arrested a homeless home who was reportedly harassing and swearing at children at park in the 600 block of North Hartwell Avenue around 11:57 a.m. Nov. 4. According to a police report, the man was upset because he was trying to sleep and blamed the kids for keeping him awake.
6 A resident in the 300 block of Harrison Avenue received a strange call from an unidentified man asking to marry off one of his daughters to one of the resident's sons around 1:21 p.m. Nov. 4. A police report said the caller wanted to arrange the marriage so he and his family "could come into the country legally." The resident declined the offer, the report said.
7 Police rushed a woman to the hospital for alcohol detox treatment after she called from her home in the 3100 block of Rolling Ridge Drive and reportedly asked for help with her alcoholism around 10:13 a.m. Nov. 5. According to a police report, the woman was "hearing things" while drinking and just wanted some assistance.
8 An unidentified caller told police a group of teenagers was "ding-dong ditching" in the caller's neighborhood around 8:33 p.m. Nov. 5 in the 1200 block of River Place Boulevard. A police report said the caller caught the teenagers and briefly chased them before calling police.
9 An anonymous caller told police a couple in their 20s was having sex inside a car parked in the lot of a manufacturing plant in the 2000 block of MacArthur Road around 12:49 p.m. Nov. 6. According to a police report, an officer tracked down the car and advised the couple about their behavior.
10 Staff at Denny's, 2300 W. St. Paul Ave., told police a group of five diners left without paying their bill around 12:47 a.m. Nov. 7. The Denny's employee who reported the incident said the group fled in a minivan. The police report did not specify whether officers tracked down the group.

11 Emergency medical personnel rushed a man to the hospital after his neighbor found the man in their driveway bleeding from his head and hands in the 2100 block of Laura Lane around 10:55 a.m. Nov. 7. A police report did not specify how the man was injured or the severity of his injuries.
12 Police cited a woman for urinating in public and removed her from the Waukesha Metro Transit Center, 212 E. St. Paul Ave., around 6:27 p.m. Nov. 7. According to a police report, the woman was also being belligerent.
13 A man reportedly followed a woman from TJ Maxx, 1160 W. Sunset Drive, to Ross Dress for Less, 1110 W. Sunset Drive, and grabbed his crotch in front of her around 5:06 p.m. Nov. 8. According to a police report, officers were unable to find the man when they arrived at the store.
14 An elderly woman got her car stuck on the railroad tracks near Family Video, 139 E. Broadway, when she mistakenly turned onto them around 8:53 p.m. Nov. 8. A police report said the woman told police she "was not paying attention" and thought she was turning into the Family Video lot. Her car wasn't damaged, the report said, but had to be towed. No trains were in the immediate area.
15 A driver in a Chevy Astro van reportedly crashed into a gas station pump and a pillar at Dave's Mobil station, 1808 Silvernail Road, around 9:46 p.m. Nov. 9. According to a police report, the pump had been shut off, so no gas was leaking following the crash. The report did not specify whether officers found the driver.
16 Police and fire department personnel responded to a balcony fire around 12:35 p.m. Nov. 10 at an apartment in the 2400 block of Springdale Road. According to an incident report, the fire department was able to quickly extinguish the flames. No injuries or other damage was mentioned in the report.
17 Police arrested a woman who was standing in the middle of an intersection impeding traffic and apparently trying to hitch a ride around 4:10 a.m. Nov. 11 near Wright Street and North East Avenue. A police report did not specify why the woman standing in the middle of the road.
18 A woman told police she was assaulted seemingly at random while walking her dog past the city's Metro Transit Station, 212 E. St. Paul Ave., around 1:20 p.m. Nov. 11. She told police in an incident report that a strange man attacked her, threw her to the ground and kicked her then her dog. The report said police were unable to immediately locate the suspect.
19 A woman apparently narrowly avoided injury in a single-vehicle rollover accident around 9:17 p.m. Nov. 11 near West Moreland Boulevard and Pewaukee Road. According to a police report, the woman who was driving the car that rolled over then fled the crash scene. It was not immediately clear in the report whether officers found her.
20 Police arrested a man who reportedly threatened to jump from the balcony of his third-floor apartment in the 2100 block of Kensington Drive around 12:32 a.m. Nov. 12. Police arrived on scene and entered the man's apartment without issue, a police report said. According to the report, the man was rushed to the hospital following the incident and admitted to psychiatric care.
