1 Police pursued a speeding driver traveling at times in excess of 100 mph through the city at about 3:30 a.m. Nov. 12. According to a police report, the chase began near North Washington and Summit avenues and ended along Highway 18. Other departments also pursued the driver, the report said, but apparently were not able to catch him.

2 A woman asked police to note that she found a mysterious piece of raw steak in her yard in the 1100 block of North Grandview Boulevard at about 11:10 a.m. Nov. 12. A police report said the woman does own dogs, but they did not eat the steak.

3 A resident in the 100 block of Estberg Avenue told police someone set her trampoline on fire and ransacked her car at about 11:56 a.m. Nov. 12. No possible suspects or motives for the vandalism were mentioned in a police report.

4 A police officer helped a taxi driver transport a handicapped client to the client's home in the 1300 block of East Moreland Boulevard at about 3:25 p.m. Nov. 12. The streets around the man's home were reportedly blocked by construction barriers, and the driver wanted help to get around or through them, a police report said.

5 Police gave an extremely intoxicated man a ride home after an anonymous caller reported that the man was pulling on the doors of the Clarke Hotel, 314 W. Main St., and shouting at about 1:29 a.m. Nov. 13. According to a police report, the man had a 0.35 blood alcohol content -- more than four times the standard considered legal proof of intoxication. The report said the man "could barely stand."

6 An anonymous caller reported a woman "giving fellatio" to a man in white van parked in front of a house in the 400 block of Barney Street at about 12:21 p.m. Nov. 13. The van had left by the time police arrived, an incident report said.

7 An Uber driver walked into the police station, 1901 Delafield St., to ask officers for help waking a client who the driver said had fallen asleep in his car while he was driving her home at about 10:24 p.m. Nov. 13. A police report said the driver did not try to wake the woman out of fear of her possibly making "sexual allegations" against him. Officers woke her, and she directed the Uber driver to her home, the report said.

8 Police investigated a possible break-in at a home in the 1900 block of Tallgrass Circle at about 12:25 p.m Nov. 14. According to a police report, the homeowner discovered her patio door was smashed and the front door was open when she returned from an errand. The report did not mention whether police had any suspects or leads.

9 Staff at a local McDonald's, 2340 E. Moreland Blvd., asked police to remove a man who fell asleep in a booth at about 2:23 p.m. Nov. 14.

10 Police arrested a man after a domestic dispute in which the man reportedly smashed a window on an apartment door in the 1200 block of Lambeth Road and beat up his girlfriend at about 6:49 p.m. Nov. 14.

11 Police arrested a man for intoxicated driving at about 12:35 a.m. Nov. 15 near Highway 59 and East Sunset Drive after an anonymous caller reported seeing the driving weave in and out of traffic and strike the curb at an estimated 50 mph. According to a police report, the man was also speeding.

12 A woman reportedly suffered bruises, cuts and scrapes when she was assaulted by a man at about 2:13 a.m. Nov. 15 outside a home in the 2200 block of Oaklawn Avenue. A police report said officers arrested the man shortly after receiving an anonymous call about the incident.

13 Police cited a man for urinating in public after a caller reported the man peed on a pavilion wall at Horeb Spring Park, 400 Spring St., at about 11:38 a.m. Nov. 15. The man was one of a group of adults in the pavilion, a police report said. Another member of the group was cited for an open intoxicant.

14 A man reportedly tried to rob the Walgreens Pharmacy, 230 Madison St., at about 1:34 p.m. Nov. 15. According to a police report, the man tried to jump the counter but fled when three employees tried to restrain him. No was injured, the report said, but it was unclear whether police found the man.

15 An elderly man reportedly lost consciousness while driving, which resulted in a two-car accident at about 4:38 p.m. Nov. 15 near Richard Street and South West Avenue. An incident report said both vehicles needed to be towed. It was unclear whether either driver sustained any injuries.

16 A Meijer employee admitted to stealing almost $700 from the company's gas station, just north of the supercenter, at 801 E. Sunset Drive, at about 5:51 p.m. Nov 15.

17 A man was injured when the motorcycle he was driving was crashed into a median at about 1:29 p.m. Nov. 16 near West Moreland Boulevard and East North Street. The nature and severity of the man's injuries were not specified in a police report.

18 A woman reportedly walked in on a burglary in progress at her home in the 800 block of Sylvan Terrace when she returned home at about 9:30 p.m. Nov. 16. According to a police report, the woman saw at least two people, dressed in all black, inside her home who fled shortly after she spotted them. It was unclear from the report whether police tracked down the suspects.

19 A downtown business owner call police to arrange for a ride for a woman he didn't know after she was dropped off in front of his store at 265 W. Main St. at about 7:54 p.m. Nov. 17.

20 A driver reported that a wheel from another vehicle dislodged and careened into their vehicle at about 7:38 a.m. Nov. 18 in the 2200 block of Northview Road. No injuries were reported.
