2 Police arrested a man they found injecting himself with heroin inside his parked car outside a residence in the 300 block of Wisconsin Avenue around 10:21 p.m. Dec. 9. A police report did not specify whether the man was cited or criminally charged.

3 An anonymous caller told police a man was singing too loudly and disturbing residents at the Hope Center, 502 N. East Ave., around 1:42 p.m. Dec. 10. It was unclear in a police report whether the man was also a guest at the center. The report said he was gone before officers arrived.

4 A driver lost control of their car and it slid off the road and collided with a tree in the 2200 block of Pebble Valley Road around 8:33 p.m. Dec. 10. According to an incident report, the driver was not injured in the crash but the car had to be towed away. The report didn't specify whether any citations were issued.

5 A city plow was involved in a two-car accident around 5:37 a.m. Dec. 11 near Meadowbrook and Silvernail roads. An incident report said the driver of the other vehicle tried to leave before police arrived. No injuries were mentioned in the report, and the severity of the crash was not specified.

6 Police arrested a man after his girlfriend reported that he hit her hard enough to split open her lip around 10:56 a.m. Dec. 11 at a home in the 1900 block of Bonnie Lane. A police report did not specify whether the man was cited or criminally charged.

9 Kohl's employees asked police to a remove a woman from the store at 2200 W. St. Paul Ave. after she reportedly tried to buy $8,000 of merchandise from the store around 10:57 p.m. Dec. 12. A police report said the woman kept adding items to her cart while attempting to check out, but did not end up paying for anything. Police advised her to purchase items in smaller quantities, the report said.

10 A man told police a group of males – one of them wearing a mask and holding a gun – robbed him as he was walking out of his garage around 1:04 a.m. Dec. 13 in the 2700 block of Newcastle Court. The man said in a police report that the robbers stole $15,000 from him. Police were unable to immediately find the suspects, according to the report.

11 A two-car rollover crash resulted in only minor injuries, but also toppled a street light around 2:29 p.m. Dec. 13 near Parklawn Drive and East Moreland Boulevard. According to a police report, no one involved in the crash asked to be taken to the hospital, but at least one person had a bloody face as a result of the accident. The report didn't specify whether any citations were issued.

12 A car window was smashed and a purse was stolen out of the vehicle at Woodman's, 1600 E. Main St., prior to 9:36 a.m. Dec. 14. A police report did not indicate whether officers had any suspects or leads.

13 Police arrested a teenager they were told brought a knife to Waukesha North High School, 2222 Michigan Ave., possibly in reaction to being suspended from the school, around 1:49 p.m. Dec. 14. A police report said the boy did not have a knife on him when officers found him near the school, but he was advised to stay off North high school property.

14 An argument between two employees at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, 725 American Ave., reportedly ended when one of them threatened to "blow off" the other's head around 2:30 p.m. Dec. 14. The argument was resolved peacefully, according to a police report, but the man who was threatened asked officers to note the incident.

15 Police arrested a man who had a "large amount" of marijuana on him inside a Carroll University dormitory, 135 S. East Ave., around 1:47 a.m. Dec. 15. Carroll's public safety department reported the incident. It was unclear in a police report whether the man was cited or criminally charged.

16 Police helped extract a woman in a power chair when it got caught in a snow bank around 5:43 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 100 block of East Sunset Drive. A police report said passersby attempted unsuccessfully to help the woman then called for police assistance.

17 Police arrested a man who was physically fighting with several people at a home in the 400 block of East North Street around 10:22 p.m. Dec. 15. Police requested an ambulance come to the residence, a police report said, and had to restrain the man with a spit mask while taking him into custody.

18 A man reportedly strangled his sister during an argument at their parents' house in the 900 block of River Park Drive around 4:26 a.m. Dec. 16. According to a police report, the woman was so afraid of her brother that she locked herself and the family dog in a bathroom before calling police. The report did not specify what triggered the argument.

19 Emergency personnel extinguished a structure fire that started in the basement of a home in the 2200 block of Norwood Drive around 4 p.m. Dec. 16. An incident report said the owner returned home to find black smoke wafting out of the basement. No injuries were reported, and a cause for the fire was not mentioned in the report. Firefighters battled the blaze for about 35 minutes before it was under control, the report said.

20 An anonymous caller reported that a group of juveniles was sledding in the street around 7:20 p.m. Dec. 16 in the 2200 block of Stony Ridge Drive. The kids were gone by the time police arrived, an incident report said.
