The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 10 at Frame Park in Waukesha.

Over 1000 individuals, including families and members of the corporate and small business community will participate in the walk. On-site registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with the walk starting at 10 a.m.  Participants will enjoy a scenic stroll along the river, in addition to pre- and post-walk festivities, including a complimentary breakfast and lunch provided by Chef Jack’s Catering, entertainment by Brad Schimel and “Four on the Floor," team photos and the Purple Clubhouse activity area.  A special Promise Garden tribute will honor everyone whose lives have been touched by Alzheimer’s.

Participants can register, support another walker and get information online at www.alz.org/walk. For questions or assistance, call 800-272-3900. Registration can also be completed beginning at 8:30 a.m. the day of the walks.
