The City of Waukesha Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department (WPRF) announced entries are now being accepted for the 2017 City of Waukesha July Fourth parade taking place Tuesday, July 4.
The parade's theme is “Salute to Our Military and First Responders,” and will step off at 11 a.m. from Cutler Park, 321 Wisconsin Ave. Entry deadline is June 2.
Applications for the parade are available on the City of Waukesha website, www.waukesha-wi.gov/695/4th-of-July-Activities or on the Parks, Recreation and
Forestry page, under "Special Events."
July Fourth activities include the parade as well as a "fireworks extravaganza" presented by long-standing fireworks sponsor Woodman’s Markets. Fireworks will take place at
the Waukesha County Expo Grounds at 9:30 p.m.
