Sidhu Named Medical Director of Merrill Hills Manor in Waukesha

Neenah, Wis. (November 3, 2009) — Dr. Sarfraz Sidhu is joining CRL Senior Living Communities, a leader in senior housing, as medical director for Merrill Hills Manor, Waukesha, a state-of-the-art assisted living and Alzheimer’s/memory care community opening November 19, 2009.

 

Dr. Sidhu, a practicing internist in Milwaukee, joins Dr. Cary Kohlenberg in the medical director role at Merrill Hills Manor. Dr. Sidhu will guide medical decisions and advise on resident care policies. He will also participate in CRL Quality Improvement Programming and strategize on clinical patient care outcomes.

CRL’s commitment to providing well rounded, excellent care in state-of-the-art and safe environments sets a new standard for senior living,” Dr. Sidhu said. “As the medical director, I plan to work closely with the staff in providing innovative healthcare solutions while ensuring a vibrant and therapeutic environment.”

 

Dr. Sidhu will work with other CRL community medical directors in concert with Dr. Tracy Hoffman, CRL corporate director of memory care excellence, and Penny Pagel, RN, CRL regional director of clinical services. The medical team also formulates, develops and presents education programs to residents, their families and staff.
