Trainfest Announces Winners of Lionel Raffle
Trainfest announces that Martin and Alison Lazcano, of Waukesha, have won the portable Lionel train layout offered as a raffle item at Trainfest 2009. Members of the Lionel Railroad Club, located in New Berlin, designed the 8 ft. by 4. ft layout and equipped it with scenery, buildings and track, all on a furniture quality folding table base. The layout included a Lionel model train set and delivery to the winner’s home. The winners also have three sons who are eager to join in the fun of model railroading.
This year, Trainfest®, America’s largest operating model railroad show brought families and train enthusiasts to the Exposition Center at Wisconsin State Fair Park on Saturday, Nov. 14 and Sunday, Nov.15 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For additional photos of this year’s event, visit trainfest.com.
