Moor Downs Golf Course offers Woman’s Lunch & Learn

Back by popular demand - Moor Downs invites women of all ages and golf experiences to enjoy the afternoon while they learn about golf, eat a delicious lunch, and then apply all their knowledge with a 9-hole game to cap off the afternoon.

 

Four Thursday sessions will be offered, with the ability to choose one, or all to help you perfect your golf game:

June 3 will highlight putting

June 10 will focus on chipping and pitching

June 17 will help your long game

June 24 will fine tune your 100 yards and in

 

Please register no later than two days before the session date. Participants can look forward to instruction starting at 10 a.m., lunch at 11 a.m., and 9-holes, with a better shot and a couple new friends, around 11:30 a.m.

 

The fee is $35.00 per person, per session and includes instruction, food, and golf play. Golf carts are available for an additional charge. Waukesha Farmers' Market

The farmers' market in downtown Waukesha is the place to be from 7 a.m. to noon every Saturday from May 8 through Oct. 30. The Market is located in Riverfront Plaza, south of the Fox River, between Broadway and Barstow. Select from fresh produce, herbs and plants, breads and pastry products, jams, artisan cheese, naturally raised meats and much more.
