Merrill Hills Manor, New Alzheimer’s/Memory Care

- CRL Senior Living Communities Sweet 16 Party a Success -

Neenah, Wis. (November 24, 2009) – Industry innovator CRL Senior Living Communities opened its sixteenth community on November 19, 2009. Merrill Hills Manor, located in Waukesha, Wis., celebrated with a grand opening party at the community.

The event included comments from CRL Senior Living Communities president, Ari Weinberger, greetings from Miss Wisconsin Kristina Smaby, and comments from other members of the CRL Senior Living Communities team. Checks were presented to the Alzheimer’s Association, Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter, and the Waukesha Chamber of Commerce on behalf of CRL.

“We’re extremely pleased with the opening of our newest community and the turnout for our “Sweet 16” party,” said Ari Weinberger, president of CRL Senior Living Communities. “We had approximately 500 people in attendance and have one resident already scheduled to move in. Merrill Hills Manor expands our innovative senior care program to the Waukesha area and we are thrilled to be here.

Merrill Hills Manor is home to private and semi-private assisted living suites. The 111-bed community offers memory care for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. For families facing a terminal illness, CRL Senior Living Communities is working with Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care to provide palliative care designed to soothe the symptoms of disease through expertise on pain and symptom management, as well as spiritual and emotional support.
